REGISTRATION

Spaces are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Children of Hope Community Church members and attendees will be given priority. A nonrefundable yearly $75.00 per child registration fee is required to secure your child’s place at the Pinecone Preschool. Prior to the starting date of child care the following must be received:

Registration form
Registration fee
Completed medical record form
Current immunization record
Emergency notification card
Signed signature page from the “Parents’ Handbook”

TUITION

Rates are based on weekly prepayment. Rates are subject to change.

Infants (six weeks to one year or until walking)	$155.00 Weekly
One-year-olds, if walking	$145.00 Weekly
Two and three-year-olds	$130.00 Weekly
Four and five-year-olds	$130.00 Weekly

There are no refunds on tuition.

The tuition is based on "booked days," not on attendance. Payment is required at "drop-off" time on Monday morning by check or money order only. If payment is not received you will need to take your child with you and return with your payment for the week. No exceptions.

On Thursday morning a $25.00 late fee will be assessed on any outstanding balance. Unpaid fees are subject to immediate termination of care.
